1. Create calendar entry

With the doo Add to Calendar Generator it's simple to create calendar entries and integrate them into your website or your E-Mails.

Open the doo Add to Calendar Generator with https://a2c.doo.net/ and fill out all the fields about your event.

2.1. Creating Google Calendar link

To provide calendar entries for the Google Calendar, you need a link, which you can create by clicking on the corresponding button down on the left. Then copy it from the opening window below.

Now you can link it in your E-Mail contents of your event or the event website if you like to.

2.2. Generate ICS-file for Apple, Outlook & Co

For calendars like Apple, Outlook or Yahoo you need an ICS-file. This one can be downloaded and saved on your computer by clicking on the corresponding button in the generator on the right hand side below. 

You can now provide this file as download on your event website for example. The generated download link can be used to integrate it to your booking confirmation E-Mails. Sending the ICS-file as an attachment with the booking related E-Mails is not possible.
