You can provide your bookers with additional materials in various ways such as flyers, general terms and conditions, programs or direction sketches to your event.
1. File download on the event page
On the one hand, you have the option of offering PDF documents for download on your event page. Create a "File Download" type event attribute for this purpose - the document is then prominently placed on the doo event page in the right sidebar and can be downloaded from there. Instructions for creating event attributes can be found here.
2. Link in the event description
If your document is available online via a public link, for example, because you hosted it on your own website, you can include it as a link in your event description. More information can be found in our article Enter and change event information.
3. E-mail attachments
It is also possible to store e-mail attachments so that they can be sent to your bookers via automatic doo e-mails. Upload the document in the event settings at doo and define with which of the automatic e-mails the attachment should be sent to your bookers. Where you can store e-mail attachments in the tool you'll find out here.
4. Link in invitation campaign
Sending attachments with e-mail campaigns, i.e. with event invitations, is currently not possible. However, if you can host the document on your own website and there is a public link to it, you can link to it in the text of the e-mail campaign and refer recipients to the additional information.
