How to use access and promotion codes

If you have received an access code or promotion code from the organizer, you can redeem it at the beginning of the booking process.

By inserting an access code, you can unlock the corresponding "hidden" ticket category.

By redeeming promotion codes you can get discounts on the total amount of the booking.

Please contact the organizer, if a code is not valid.

Please note that that codes are being displayed as not valid, if you did not finish typing them into the required field yet.

Please also note that it is not possible to redeem access or promotion codes, after the booking process is already finished. Please ask the organizer to cancel your booking, if you have already bought your tickets without using the codes. You can redeem your code in the new booking.
