When is the deadline for my payment?

Please do the payment to the bank account, stated in the payment request received, as soon as possible. The registration process is only finished once we have received the payment. Otherwise, your booking is merely considered as reserved.

Please note for bookings at short notice: the bank transfer has to be received no later than two working days before the start of the event., so that we can confirm your booking on time. It enables us to confirm your booking process on time. If the payment for your booking could not be made on time, you can contact the organizer about a cancellation of the booking.

The organizer can generally cancel unpaid bookings, seen as doo sends payment reminders at regular intervals until the payment is received. Meanwhile your tickets are reserved.

If the event you have booked is far in the future and you cannot or do not want to pay until a later date, please feel free to contact the organizer.
