You find the general information on the event and tickets bought within your confirmation mails from doo, your invoice as well as your ticket, which you received after the payment was confirmed.
The organizer has the option to activate a booking portal for their event. You will then find the link to your personal booking portal in your confirmation email after payment has been made. Here you can easily view information about your event and download your tickets again.
