Due to the bank processing time of payments, the time period between the day where the payment was made and the date where a payment confirmation will be sent can lead up to 4 weekdays.
If you receive no payment confirmation after the aforementioned period of time, please check if subject, bank details and/or amount to pay are correct.
Please check your spam folder and the folder for advertisement as well.
If all the details are correct, please send after 7 business days a proof of payment together with your booking number to the doo customer service.
