You can download all booking and attendee data of a specific event as excel file at any time. To do so, please open the event detail page. doo offers two different documents: An overview about all existing bookings and a list of all registered attendees. To learn more about the difference between booker and attendee data and how to create individual questions, please follow this link.
1. Booking overview
In order to download the booking overview as a excel file, please click on the link "Manage bookings", which you can find in the middle of the event detail page. Here you can see each individual booking online and start the download by clicking on "Excel booking overview".
The booking overview shows all information on booker level - one line corresponds to one booking. Here you can find payment information like the invoice number, booking and payment dates, booking method (online or manual) as well as the number of tickets and - in case of fee based bookings - the invoice amount. Furthermore you can see the additional booker and attendee questions that were defined by you in the event creation. Furthermore, you would see additionally questions or products you might have created on booker level for the event.
2. Attendee list
The attendee list can be downloaded as an excel or CSV file by clicking on the link "Attendees" in the middle of the event detail page. You can see an overview of all registered and approved attendees and select "Download attendee list".
The attendee list is broken down by tickets, which means that one line corresponds to one ticket or attendee respectively. If more than one attendee were registered within one booking, a separate line for each attendee is created.
The list contains all attendees who successfully booked and were approved to attend your event. Fee-based bookings with manual approval are only added to the list after they reacted to their approval confirmation and selected a payment method to complete their booking.
In the columns that are marked in green you can find all master data that were entered on attendee level. If you didn't ask any questions on attendee level the columns will be empty. The respective booker data can however be found in the columns on the right under "Buchungsinformationen" (booker information).
In the column "QR-Code (URL mit Ticket-ID)", you can find the link of the QR code of the respective ticket through which the attendee can be checked in on the day of the event. The check-in information such as date and time, will then be provided in a separate column. For more information about the onsite check-in please follow this link.
Next to the attendee data you can see the related booker data marked in blue. In case you added individual questions or products on attendee level, they will be displayed as additional columns on the right marked in green.
